The violence in this film is super rare, but when it occurs, it's shocking and realistically graphic. The tone is really dark and unexpected, and is about as intense as <a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/title/tt7286456/?ref_=ttpg_gi">Joker (2019)</a>.

A woman is shot in the stomach by The Joker, blood is shown shooting out. As a result, she is permanently paralyzed.

A man is shot in the head and blood sprays out by several men. This was shown two times.

Batgirl punches a man repeatedly in the face, her hand then has blood on it.
