This documentary is about the Egyptian Jewry in the Twentieth Century, and how, after having been a presence in Egypt for centuries, the community slowly started to vanish between 1948 and the end of the 20th century. From 85 to 90 thousand Jews, today, in 2015, only 5 to 20 individuals remain. Through narration, realia, and multilingual interviews in several countries, the spectator is transported from an era of "Dolce Vita" lifestyle to chaos. But, through resilience and strength, the movie shows how the Egyptian Jewish refugees managed to rebuild their lives, "Start over again", and achieve great successes in their adopted countries in the four corners of the world.
