The Philadelphia Bicycle Vignette Story is a series of loosely yet cleverly strung-together surrealist, socially scathing, comical vignettes. It's a story about a city. A humorous and unique portrayal of Philadelphia's current social climate, specifically in terms of hip-hop and the black experience, youth counter-culture, modern racism, poverty/homelessness, the public education system and the city budget crisis.
