Il palazzo della Pilotta e i Farnese

The documentary will reconstruct the history of "Palazzo della Pilotta", from the middle of the 16th century up to the present day. Surely the most important building in Parma, as it was the residence of the Farnese family. Photographs, interviews, graphic reconstruction and video will allow us to take a closer look at this place of art and culture and to retrace chronologically all phases of expansion and construction. Inside the palace we will visit the National Gallery, the Farnese Theater, the Bodonian Museum, the Palatine Library, the Academy of Fine Arts, the Archaeological Museum and the Paolo Toschi Institute of Art.
