Bye Bye Blackbird (2016)

Peter, (Nic Bradly), a young, new detective, living the modern day lifestyle, moves into one of the oldest apartment buildings in Los Angeles only to be accompanied by Clyde, (Brad Coffey), a mysterious 1920's character who also lives in the building, to solve one of L.A.'s most notorious murderer cases.
