A couple kiss, very brief.

Flashbacks to a car accident scene shown throughout. A man with a bloodied face is shown in the path of an oncoming semi truck. Bloody car accident victims are pulled from a vehicle. A bloody hand is shown against a car window. Screaming is heard from inside the vehicle.

A young girl is shown cutting her hands and arms with shard of glass. Her arms are covered in blood. The scene is very graphic and can be disturbing to some viewers.

A girl is shown scratching at her wrists until they bleed.

Security footage shows a man being stabbed in the temple and bleeding to death.

A man is show woth his face is ripped off.

Two f-words, a couple of uses of damn, and a use of G--damn.

The entire movie is essential a series of flashbacks to various events, including accident scenes and attacks. These scenes are often bloody. The main character is afraid much of the movie.
