Very, very mild. You hear moans for about two seconds outside a house, then the scene cuts to a couple in bed. They are clothed and breathing heavily, out of breath from trying to have sex. Very mild, PG-13 level. In another scene the same couple kisses and he put his hand in her shirt on her breast, while saying suggestive things. Very brief

Drugs are used to execute death row prisoners, and characters are seen drinking. In one scene a character is drunk and someone drives them home.

The film deals with heavy themes and at times has an extremely depressing tone. You should not watch this film if you are severely depressed
