A musician seem to fight out evil from the world with his blues of harmonica. His parallel love affair with the exciting cleaning lady, Lenore won't go without notice for others. The building owner, the mister importance Whitey would check on his China Town, Little Tokyo of Los Angeles buildings underground to take care of his own business with Rose of Gold, the street girl who would have a cat fight with Lenore, starting with a building manager Big Bill Murphy they would all pass out and die from the laser shaking blues.
