The OKC 13 explores the impact of the largely overlooked horrific abuse of power present in Daniel Holtzclaw case, as 13 black women survived the brutal sexual assault of one on duty police officer. Minister Robert S. Muhammad of the Nation of Islam, Oklahoma City Police Chief Billy City, and Councilman John Pettis, Jr. engage in debate, facilitated filmmaker and Oklahoma native Carmen Coffee as they tackle issues of injustice, citizens' rights, and police accountability in this lively piece punctuated by performance art and town hall meetings.
