Tully (2018)

Marlo, a mother of three children, receives an unexpected 'gift' from her brother: a nanny to take care of her children at night. While initially seeming too much for her, Marlo ends up forging a unique relationship with Tully, the young nanny who surprises her with her personality. Directed by Jason Reitman, with a script by Diablo Cody, and starring Charlize Theron, this dramedy is entertaining, witty, and sincere in the way it approaches its story, allowing itself to be both comedic and profound at the same time.
