Love, Sammy (2005)

Born and raised in Queens, NY with his father and brother, Sammy after graduating from school, want to join the army to fight in the Gulf War, Iraq. Sammy's Iraqian born father Abdul forbids him to fight his mother country and religion. Cured between his own belief to protect America and the love of his father, Sammy turns his back on his ancestry. The film questions family bonds of love.
