After a massive conglomerate purchases a mom-and-pop gym in the Long Island City, Queens, newly divorced and longtime head trainer Jack, finds himself out of touch with the fad obsessed fitness industry of 2016. When a pair of power heels with zero fitness experience beats him out for the new management position, he is surprised to find his oddball staff embrace the change...forcing him to humbly go with the flow.
