The fresh faces of New England's up and coming talent - singers, models, dancers, actors/actresses - compete against each other in the largest live talent event ever staged in the region. The television series showcases the best of the best talent in a manner that is unequalled in the history of Reality TV. For an entire summer, talent competes with each other as they perform unique tasks designed to prepare for each one of them a sustainable career in the industry of their choice. The "Journey of Excellence" begins for each individual both on a personal and professional level. Temporary alliances are formed. Rivalries emerge. Trials and tribulations ensue. Star talent finally breaks away and rises to the top. Fifteen will enter the fray. Only one from each category will survive. In the end, the question remains: do they want 15 minutes of attention or everlasting fame?
