A short film produced by the US Navy for US servicemen newly arrived in Taiwan, telling them something about the country and its people, and especially telling them how to stay out of trouble and treat the Chinese with respect. The film is also meant as a propaganda piece to impress upon servicemen that the Red Chinese are still technically at war with Taiwan and reminding them that their job is to help the Chinese defend the island in case of a Red Chinese attack.
