The video also aims to increase community awareness and accessibility. The video is a celebration of RCD's upcoming 30th anniversary. This video mainly talks about RCD's history, showcases two or three participants' successful stories, promote RCD's core services: Skills Development, Recreation and Information and Networking and finally talks about RCD's main projects that include Resources for Career Development, Youth Council, Ambassador Training, Public Education.
