One character talks about his wife/fiancee (unclear) being taken advantage of by a doctor in the past, because of his standing in the community. Mentions his wife being vulnerable and alone in his office.

Unusual/disparaging use of the Lord's name - "The Lord has blessed you with a horseshoe up your arse". After another character at a card table in a saloon said the Lord had blessed him.
