Under Belly (2016)

To save the life of a fellow hostage, Charlie Boone intervenes and kills one of the thieves. Two more escape and Charlie also flees the scene, but it's not long before the Police track him down. Vala takes Charlie in for questioning...but she's not a Detective and is instead the sister of the slain thief. She's hell-bent on revenge, but doesn't realize who Charlie really is and that she is in far more danger.
