Between Shadow and Soul (2015)

This is the story of Manuel "Mambo" Moreno, a veteran dancer who performs at traffic lights and humble bars to make a living. By doing so, he manages to carry himself with dignity in his old age, while always remaining nostalgic for a much better past. He lives in a humble home and shares his days with his dance partner. Every night they listen to old bolero records that he has kept for forty years. This story marks an event, a way of living by performing, a cultural and generational landmark.
