Shady Pines (2017)

Kayla Rivers, an upbeat employee at the Department of Health, is assigned to do a yearly inspection of the wonderful retirement facility Shady Pines Manor. A status report that was supposed to be a breeze quickly turns south as Kayla discovers the mad house that Shady Pines actually is - health and safety codes are failing and the patients run wild! Mr. Shawn, the corrupt, money-crazed owner, does his best to conceal his deteriorating facility and control the crazy patients throughout Kayla's tour.
