Lieutenant Relander is murdered in mysterious circumstances. Police Partners Raittinen and Jokinen start their investigation about the case. Tough criminal Jack is also in the middle of the mystery. All roads lead to the notorious Rönkvist. However, there is even no evidence, that Rönkvist really exist.
