Pistachio Man

Franky and Johnny are kite surfing in the dessert near Vegas, until Johnny's kite wraps itself around something invisible and Johnny disappears. Some 30 years later and not a day older, decked out in a blazing stylish pistachio color suit and with holographic skin, Johnny is back in Vegas to switch places with his kite surfing buddy and make Vegas his kingdom with the first, for aliens only, invisible casino.
