Vigilante (2015)

In the midst of a faction-controlled city, a physician, Dr Michael Evans, embarks on a quest to restore freedom and justice to a broken system. Michael implements his knowledge of the medical arts, as well as the latest in top secret gadgetry, to bring down members of various drug cartels, while funding his vigilantism with the remnants of their bodies.
