Normal Day (2015)

In this project i tried to use a movement based language to communicate along with the narrative of the character. I felt that movement or dance can sometimes say what is harder to show in my opinion via another more acting/dramatic way. Music plays a big role in each and every scene as it's the one guiding the feelings of the viewer along with the image he/she is looking at. In general , the effort was to try and marry dance -beatbox-narrative and music all at the same time while maintaining an easy to watch and follow film. So the main point still remains. Tell the story the best way you can, but using more than the already existing tools. I personally hate when there is dance in films and it appears out of nowhere as a 'NOW we dance ' scene. I tried to avoid it as much as possible. I hope you enjoy it. Peace.
