Le silence et la nuit (1979)

A mime performing in the street notices a young girl pass without so much as a look of curiosity. The next day, when the girl again passes, the mime abandons. his act to follow her. The girl is blind. Like a sleepwalker, she is returning home. Day after day the mime looks for a way to make contact. He gains entry into her apartment without her being aware. Here he is witness to the girl's se lay-to-day existence especially her effusion of despair. Then one day a tear escapes from the mime's cheek to fall on the face of the blind.
