Keli Madala (1991)

Poojitha the politician is forced by his family to marry Samara, although he is deeply in love with Ranjini. Many years later the ex-lovers meet and they start their affair again in secret. Ranjini gets pregnant and refuses to have an abortion which Poojitha suggests that she has. The baby is born and the wife, Samara finds out all the secrets. One of the women will die a painful death to save the politician's career.
