Justice Takes Place

After serving ten years in prison, Frank Willard gets out on Parole and immediately goes after the one, whom he suspects put him there, Riley Samuel, A Christian young adult, who back then was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Suspicious that he's being followed, Riley calls his brother Tyler who's a cop and his friend Billy for help, though with the way things are running, his help may show up too late.
