The Small Village (2011)

The film captures all the preparations performed by the residents of village of Varvara within a spirit of volunteerism in view of the cultural event, as well as the festival itself. A weekend of musical performances which gathers together Greek artists with significant personal horizon, but also high artistic aesthetic. We are seeking cinematographic to outline the structure and the profile of that small local community and to emphasize the simplicity of everyday life and its difficulties, through the testimonies, the actions and the occupations of people who support this community. Finally one of the highest mountains and one of the largest forests of mountainous Halkidiki but also the unique landscapes of the Greek countryside is the scenery of the film.
