Al-Ragol Al-Akhar (1999)

A businessman (Mokhtar) loses his memory after a car accident. He ends up in a low class neighborhood and he marries the owner of a café who took care of him. Then his real family finds him and he tries to regain his memory. He then discovers that he wronged many people and he is not the good person he thought he is.
