Zobi (2015)

After, John fights and then kills the zobi with his trusty baseball bat, they take Dave back to base-camp for medical attention. But, they both know there's nothing they can do to save him. John is not ready to say 'goodbye' to his best friend, but Uma reminds him that it's him or them. As they discuss this, zombie Dave begins to wake up. However, they soon realise the Dave is no ordinary zombie; he is able to speak and he uses this advantage to try to persuade his former friends not to kill him. In the end, John and Uma realise that Dave is still their friend and life with him as a zombie can work. Dave later bites them both and they all live as zombies together.
