From Dark to Light (2017)

Detective Bowlden has been left terribly traumatized by a tragic event which he blames himself for. However, when he discovers that the criminal that caused that horrific event has escaped jail, he has to overcome the fog surrounding him, suffocating him, terrifying him. Only then will he finally get to see the sun, get the courage to take down this man once and for all, and avenge those who he has lost.
