End of the Line (2009)

Paul works for the local gangster of the town, Mr Cooper, so therefore, he must be hiding a few of his secrets, so when a young woman has been murdered her brother is determined to find out what has happened to her and that leads him directly to Paul, the only man who can give him the information that he desperately wants, so much so, that he's willing to inflict a little pain in the process, what unravels is some of Cooper's dark secrets and more from that fateful night.
