Set not too far in the future, A Worldwide Government seeks control of the over populated planet, a curfew of 7Pm is put in place to keep the streets empty at night. A group of radicalist seek revenge for the death of a friend. Commander 15 and Commander 72 follow the orders of Commander 001 to seize all illegal activity by the radicalist.
