I Never Heard My Father Speak Stage Play (2014)

Aron told Shala that he would always be there for her and Jalen, but the darkness of the streets kept calling his name, and anointed him "King." He was constantly in and out of jail, until one day he was charged with a crime that could send him away for good. During his demise, he meets Monty, a counselor, who puts him on the path to restoration with his past, and his son, Jalen. Shala couldn't see past all the hurt, and bad influences Aron had caused; so she did everything within her power to keep Jalen from his father. Jalen, had mixed emotions. He despised Aron for not being there, but honored him by trying to follow in his footsteps, that could lead him on the path to destruction.
