Agamore (2017)

Dr. James Jeffery Agamore and a group of elite scientific prodigies, including Dr. Agamore's college sweetheart Iris Yen, have been abducted by an unknown mysterious force from the future. In a rescue from an unknown super-powered being, Dr. Agamore finds himself the owner of a powerful extraterrestrial seed-stone and the sole survivor of the abduction. When he returns to earth, Dr. Agamore finds that the seed-stone can be used to cure global warming. After befriending an ambitious city-councilman, Larry Stiles, Dr. Agamore is able to create a special garden project in Seattle using the seed-stone. The garden uses electric hybrid plants powered by the seed-stone that will change the course of earth's deadly climate change. Before the project can be completed however, the evil force that abducted Dr. Agamore returns to earth to try to duplicate the Doctor's project and use it to eliminate mankind- and the earth- forever.
