The Use of Deadly Force (2016)

Captain Dagda is caught in the middle of an impossible decision; his job is to save lives, a gunman holding two hostages is threatening to end lives. Dagda's snipers have an obstructed shot on the gunman, but he still wants to try to talk down the situation. Dagda wants a peaceful resolution. The question is: is a peaceful resolution possible? Decisions made in a heartbeat can alter a lifetime.
