Sedmoy grekh (2016)

An indifferent patient lies on the couch in the half-empty room. Characters -- incarnations of the deadly sins -- appear in the room. Therapist doesn't see them, but he probably feels their presence though denying their existence. He is seen to be talking with himself complaining about clogging pipes and thoughtless receptionist whom he is seems not to have.
