Is he really Santa? Or is he a copycat psycho? A bad Santa is kidnapping small men, forcing them to wear green tights and make toys for kids. This time however, Santa has gotten sloppy, and Det. Starchild is hot on his tail. With a little help from Hanna Lickter, will Starchild win the race against time and save the victim?
