The Auchtermuchty Media Project aims to: Create and develop locally based films Showcase the films within the local area and via media to a wider audience Interview and record local residents to sustain local oral history and preserve and document local heritage, whilst simultaneously building local heritage through its work Promote the work and achievements of the area to a wider audience To establish local resources to carry out the above work To share resources with other local community groups To offer media workshops To improve the knowledge of pathways and opportunities into the media industry for young people To highlight any emerging issues within Fife The Project is assisted by volunteers who: Assist with fund-raising Develop the skills of a 'film crew'
