Museum Mile

With his latest novel "One More" being adapted into a screenplay, New York writer Josh Warner cautiously welcomes the idea that his most recent style of writing has become much darker than previous works. Determined to keep writing, yet haunted by thoughts that feed his creativity as of late, Josh struggles with these new violent undertones that sometimes leave him questioning his own sanity as to what are suppressed memories and what is purely fiction. Battling previous writer's block and bouts of loneliness with healthy doses of alcohol, Josh looks to temporarily escape his personal demons by spending the afternoon with the one person that grounds him, his new muse turned girlfriend Melanie. As the couple set out to explore New York City's famed Museum Mile, their attempts at a somewhat normal afternoon are shattered, when mutual friend Brian shows up, forcing them to bring closure to a previous situation that the trio were a party to.
