Spen/cer (2017)

Spencer, after facing romantic rejection by his straight best friend Jake, cuts himself off from the world by isolating himself in his apartment. His ticket out of isolation is a party thrown by his two best friends who have informed him via voicemail that his other crush, Paul, will be in attendance. Spencer summons the two manifestations of his split subconscious, Spen and Cer, to help him attempt to get over Jake by pursuing the emotionally closed-off college heartthrob. While these two bicker as they try to steer Spencer toward their own goals they risk jeopardizing Spencer's chances with Paul and destroying his friendships.
