Bittersweet (2016)

BITTERSWEET is a bittersweet comedy about two misfits coming together. Adam, 30, is at a low point in his life. He is suffering from depression after the death of his girlfriend. His only wish is to retreat from the world and stay alone. Even his entourage can't get him to engage. One day, he is by circumstance forced to look after one of his neighbor's young sister. Lily is 10 years old, surprisingly mischievous and smarter than Adam expected. She also is sad in her own way and she needs someone to notice her. Together, Adam and Lily will spend a special day together. And between clashes, misadventures and dancing around the unsaid, Lily may be able to help Adam to open up and to understand that life can go on.
