Amsgård: En vikingasaga (2007)

The year is 986. The golden age of the Vikings is coming to an end. Belief in the old gods is slowly being replaced by belief in the only god. In eastern Tveta lies the village of Amsgård, the high seat for lord Torfinn and his wild Smålanders. The farm is having a bad harvest, and the men are looking forward to going to war.At the same time, resentment is growing for the neighboring farm Långbacke. They've already accepted the new faith. Everything is pointing towards a busy year.
