Watermelon (2019)

Oddball and social outcast Clark Diaz has one dream: to join the ranks of the popular girls, and the greatest cheerleaders in the school - the Lemon Girls. With a mother facing a heaping mountain of bills, Clark faces the challenge of paying for her own uniform for this year's tryouts, and decides to help the other girls film their audition tapes for a fee. Along the way, she faces mockery and discouragement from her friends, her teachers, and even her mother, before finally learning that nothing can stand in the way of her dreams.
