Humans have always used body and performance enhancements, but should we be better than we are? Society seems generally pleased with restoring human functions but uncomfortable and even opposed to enhancement of human capabilities. But have humans always been cyborgs? This short documentary explores the question of what it means to be human and whether cyborgism challenges the definition of "human". If we want to be cyborgs, at what point, if any, should government be involved? Narrated by Victoria Sutton, law professor, with body hacking activists, Russ Foxx and Amal Graafstra with academic expert, Prof. Bruce Clarke, exploring these ideas about body enhancement and what it means to be human.
