The Finnish government has changed the terms for receiving unemployment benefits. Unemployed person must now apply for at least 12 open work positions or he/she will lose benefits for 60 days. This has caused restlessness among the unemployed. The employers are also frustrated because of the sudden boom of mandatory (and unnecessary) job applications. But some employers have dared to announce their openings in public. Group of reporters headed down to Kallio-district in Helsinki to take a closer look at the developing situation. This is one of the stories.
