Lupe Garcia Vargas' life changed forever when she auditioned for and won the Stevie Ray Vaughan Music Scholarship. 20 years later, Lupe is now the Music Director of W.E. Greiner Middle School and leads one the the nations top flight Mariachi Music Programs. In honor of Stevie Ray Vaughan, his legacy and the lives he continues to touch.
