Shutter Speed (2016)

Bailey developed a passion for photography and capturing life in a snapshot ever since he learned it as a child from his mother. But one night , Bailey discovers a series of mysterious photos he develops and suspects his roommate George is trying to undermine him. But when he digs deeper, Bailey realizes that George is photographing murder scenes across from his apartment, prompting Bailey investigate and capture a serial killer.
