Stakeout Stories (2017)

Two cops on the eleventh hour of a lengthy stakeout are so caught up in their mundane conversation, they have stopped paying attention to the goings on around them. This film was made for the Milwaukee 48 Hour Film Project, which had four requirements. The genre of cop/detective, a balloon as a prop, a character who was an artist, and the line of dialogue, "You won't believe me." This entire film was conceptualized, filmed, edited, and completed within the 48 hour time frame.
