Parallel World (2017)

After the period of the Arab Spring, with the lack of safety and security, a young man suffering from appendicitis pain enters a hospital. Emad wakes up after the surgery to find himself alone in the hospital. He tries calling his wife before realizing he has lost his leg in the surgery. Using a wheelchair, he goes around the hospital looking for anyone and begging for help. He gets into an elevator, it starts shaking before falling as he screams, then he wakes up from his nightmare. He calls his wife again, and this time she answers by telling him she is on her way to see him, he finally feels relieved. Suddenly, a terrorist walks into the room, and after a very quick conversation, the terrorist decides to get rid of Emad.
