In Hollywood just before the dark dawn of World War II, California's richest heiress has just purchased fifty acres in Rustic Canyon from Will Rogers. She and her German immigrant boyfriend plan to build an extensive Nazi training compound on the property, under the cover story of building a film studio for their stupid B-movies.
